Aajonus V., Santa Monica, CA

I became Type 1 diabetic within 3 days of receiving my third polio vaccine at 15 years old. I had to inject 8-13 units of insulin daily and doctors said I would have to take if for the rest of my life. At 21 years young, a man suggested I drink raw milk for my health problems.

After 10 days of drinking raw milk, I was able to stop taking insulin cold-turkey. I have not taken any pharmaceutical insulin since then. However, three times I stopped drinking raw milk because health departments stopped the sale of raw milk, I had diabetic symptoms but handled it with other foods. However, I am always completely asymptomatic when drinking raw milk.

Also, I had agonizing psoriasis and bursitis for 2 years. Doctors said that I would suffer them for the rest of my life. They said that for the bursitis of my right foot, I would have to cut open all of my shoes at the effected bursa. Two years later, a nutritionist suggested I eat no-salt raw butter. Within 9 months of consuming raw butter on almost daily basis, my psoriasis and bursitis were gone. However, three times that I stopped consuming raw butter because health departments stopped its availability, I developed psoritic sores and once inflamed bursa.

I suffered great anxiety throughout my childhood, adolescence and into adulthood without relief from medical psychotropic drugs. When I was 22 years young,  my nutritionist suggested I add raw cream to my raw milk to calm anxiety. When I began drinking raw milk with a little extra raw cream added, my anxiety calmed and I began to function very happily daily. For the last 39 years, I have suffered mild anxiety every time health departments deprived me of raw milk by stopping its availability or I traveled to where raw milk was not available.

As long as I have been able to consume raw milk, raw cream and raw butter over the last 39 years, I have not suffered from either diabetes, psoriasis, bursitis or anxiety. I am approaching my 62 birthday.
