I rely upon making kefir to help me stay healthy. I use raw milk to make the kefir.

I am unable to pay the high cost of probiotics, and cultured products on the store
shelf do not have a high enough number of strains to provide the same
benefit from beneficial bacteria.  Please consider those of us who depend upon the health benefits of raw
milk, and do so at our own ‘risk’.
